Things sometimes go wrong, its a fact of life. If the item(s) you receive are faulty/damaged upon receipt, we will refund you in full, however, all items must be returned within 14 days of original receipt.

Please ensure that you measure properly against the measurements we provide on this website, any items ordered incorrectly will only be offered a credit, any replacement items of a different size will require postage to be paid before despatch, please contact us for costs and to double check the measurements if you are not sure.
